Parker Chelsea is pleased to announce the release of their 272U Series for the PACCAR TX-8 transmission. Chelsea’s 272U Series PTO is a unique version of the 272 Series PTO which meets PACCAR’s envelope requirements and includes a TX-8 specific input adapter assembly (available as a “U” mount code). The 272U has multiple speed ratios ranging from 70% to 150% of engine along with multiple pump mount options. With torque ratings up to 258 lb-ft, the 272U PTO is a great PTO for any dump, crane, and pump applications on any PTO prepped PACCAR TX-8 Transmission.
