The 3Z series is a line of hydraulic, orbital motors. Hydraulic, orbital motors operate on the principle of an internal gear (rotor) rotating within a fixed external gear (stator). The internal gear transmits torque generated by the application of pressure from hydraulic oil fed into the motor, which is then delivered via the motor's output shaft. The output shaft runs on tapered roller bearings, and can absorb high axial and radial forces.
