Sporlan Cold Room Controller (CRC)

The Sporlan Cold Room Controller (CRC) provides highly efficient control for remote and self-contained refrigerated cold rooms. The Cold Room Controller supports the Sporlan Remote Display and open protocol communication via BACnet and Modbus. Sporlan designed the system to facilitate installation and integration by the OEMs and retrofit into existing refrigeration control installations. When enabled, the controller provides automated configuration and network integration.

Sporlan Type OEV valves are the latest line of unipolar electric expansion valves that will help achieve the optimal balance between performance and cost. The OEV valve family offers five port sizes to cover a wide range of capacities.

Interchangeable Cartridge TEV Assures the Right Valve is Always on Hand

Always have the right valve on hand using Sporlan’s Interchangeable Cartridge Style Type Q (conventional) and BQ (balanced port) TEVs. Select the thermostatic element, body, and right-sized cartridge for the application and assemble the parts. These easy to select and assemble valves mean you’re always carrying the right valve for the job.

FX TEV

Delivers improved life-cycle performance in a smaller footprint. Maintains configuration flexibility with superheat performance and adjustability. Providing customers peace of mind and minimal testing for an easy transition. Single pushrod balanced port design provides precise superheat control at wide load conditions. Laser welded stainless steel element improves reliability for longer life. Stainless steel capillary tubing provides maximum durability. Anti-hunt thermostatic charges optimizes heat pumps and air conditioning. Able to control flow in both directions in heat pump applications. Copper and Chatleff connection options. Available in adjustable and non-adjustable versions.

NX TEV

Sporlan’s NX Series Thermostatic Expansion Valves feature laser welded stainless steel element, capillary tube and sensing bulb assembly optimized for reliability and long life. The single pushrod balanced port design ensures precise pin/port alignment, maintaining superior superheat control at all load conditions. The small and compact design makes the NX valve ideal for food service and food retail applications such as ice machines, frozen drink dispensers and commercial kitchen refrigerators and freezers. The valve is equally at home in air conditioning applications up to 8 tons cooling capacity. The NX valve also features the ability to control superheat in either flow direction making it an excellent choice for heat pumps.

Universal AC TEV Kit

Sporlan’s Universal TEV Replacement Kits come packaged with everything needed to complete the installation: a TEV with ODF connections, adaptors to fit up to the most common evaporator inlets (Chatleff and Aeroquip), bulb straps and bulb insulation tape. Since most of today’s residential equipment utilizes Chatleff connections on the indoor coil, Sporlan also offers a Chatleff TEV kit, saving the cost of the extra adaptors.

Each valve comes with a 30” long capillary tube equalizer with flare nut. The single pushrod balanced port design insures precise pin/port alignment, maintaining superior superheat control at wide load conditions.

MTW-7

Sporlan's Modulating Three Way (MTW) valve is an innovative flow control device that enables superior indoor air quality through superior humidity control while minimizing the application complexity. The MTW valve is typically located in the discharge line for dehumidification, reheat and heat reclaim applications.

ZoomLock Flame-Free Refrigerant Fittings
