S3C Refrigerated Case Control
The Sporlan S3C Series of case control products provides safety, security and service for remote and self-contained refrigerated display appliances (single or multiple coils).

The S3C controls include a case controller, display module, and valve module that support open protocol communication via BACnet and Modbus. Sporlan designed the system to facilitate
installation and integration by the refrigerated appliance OEMs and a retrofit into existing supermarket refrigeration control installations.
MT 700-SERIES PLATFORM
The Micro Thermo 700 series is a flexible and modular family of I/O boards that allows custom creation of Suction Group, Circuit and Gas Cooler controllers. The Micro Thermo 700 series platform communicates over a LON Echelon network that takes advantage of free topology architecture to make network wiring easy.

The UC700 (Universal Controller - 700 Series) utilizes block-style no-code programming for custom control or monitoring sequences. Windows PC-based software has simple point & click navigation with fully customizable screens for intuitive control system navigation and interactive process screens.

Gas Cooler & Flash Gas Bypass
Valves
The gas cooler/flash gas bypass valves allow sufficient pressure tuning in transcritical operation. You can also apply the valves in heat reclaim applications to modulate the flow to subsequent reclaim coils. Systems will benefit from high-resolution actuators, rapid full-stroke actuation, and excellent full-range flow control.

Sporlan designed the product range to satisfy equipment manufacturers' control needs in CO2 transcritical systems using a high-pressure flash tank. The line features five Gas Cooler valves (GC-10, -20, -30, -40, and -50) for system capacities from 7 to 200 Tons (25 to 700 kW). These valves also offer the flexibility to be applied in flash gas bypass applications. 
EBV(T) Ball Valve with Integrated
Pressure Relief
For greater system design flexibility and increased productivity, specify the EBV(T)-PR Ball Valve with Integrated Pressure Relief. This compact solution eliminates the check valve and associated brazing involved when piping a ball valve and check valve in parallel to protect a system from over pressurization.

The EBV(T)-PR valve will close in one direction and relieve pressure in the other. This single valve would replace a current ball valve plus a check valve plumbed around the ball valve and allows the evaporator coil to isolate without over-pressurizing due to warm-up. The symbol 'A' indicates the pressure relief side of the valve. Any pressure build-up on the 'A' side with the ball valve in the closed position can relieve the other side of the ball valve. 
Heat Pump Liquid Line Filter-Driers - Parker BF Series
The BF series Bi-Flow filter-driers operate reversibly with low pressure drop with excellent contamination control to ensure reliability, capacity, and effeciency of air conditioning systems up to 8 tons.

The dessicant core provides reliability and effective  removal of moisture, solid contaminants, and acid. It is suitable for use with HCFC, HFC, and HC refrigerants.
OEV
Sporlan Type OEV valves are the latest line of unipolar electric expansion valves that will help achieve the optimal balance between performance and cost. The OEV valve family offers five port sizes to cover a wide range of capacities.
A2L Safety Shut Off Valves
The refrigeration market is transitioning to low-GWP refrigerants, specifically flammable refrigerants classified as either A2L, A2, or A3 by ASHRAE. When utilizing flammable refrigerants in a refrigeration system, additional precautions must be taken to meet the requirements of UL 60335-2-89. This standard necessitates isolation of any enclosed area from the rest of the system to prevent leaks, achieved via safety shut-off valves. The Solenoid Shut-Off Valve (SSOV) and the Check Shut-Off Valve (CSOV) were designed as a complete solution to meet this criteria.

ZoomLock MAX Ring Kit
The ZoomLock MAX Refrigerant Press Ring Kit is designed for making permanent, leak-free copper refrigerant connections using a press tool instead of brazing. It’s widely used in HVACR installations and service work, especially where speed, safety, and job-site cleanliness matter.

Install smarter, faster, safer! Designed to crimp ZoomLock MAX fittings in tight or confined working spaces. The press ring jaws can reach joints where it would be difficult or unsafe to braze. Useful above ceilings, near insulation, and in crowded mechanical spaces.
SPW Pulse Width Modulation Valve
OEV
The Sporlan SPW line of electric expansion valves uses pulse width modulation (PWM) control to manage refrigerant flow in direct expansion HFC, HCFC and HFO (non-flammable & non-toxic) refrigeration systems. The valve's duty cycle is varied based on measured evaporator superheat. Typical controllers monitor superheat and vary the duty cycle across 6 seconds.

The SPW valve family offers eight port sizes to cover a wide range of evaporator loads. The serviceable port and strainer design allow the contractor to service and clean the SPW valve or easily replace the port during a refrigerant retrofit.
SER Electric Expansion Valve

The SER valves are a bi-polar stepper motor design that provides high-force output. Advanced pin and port geometries deliver unmatched resolution and flow control, and the unibody brass and stainless-steel design reduces leak potential and eliminates corrosion concerns. Rigorous testing confirmations of the SER valves provide exceptional performance and reliability in transcritical CO2 and other refrigeration systems.

The four SER models (-AA, -A, -B and –C) cover transcritical CO2 capacities up to 42 kW (12 tons) and are rated for 90 bar (1,305 psig) Maximum Rated Pressure (MRP) and complements Sporlan's current SER valve family.
