Parker Hannifin joins the CE Dealer Team by Volvo Construction Equipment as a sponsor for season two of the all-electric FIA World Rallycross (World RX) Championship.
The FIA World RX Championship is a global motorsport event where some of the planet’s most skilled and talented drivers race incredibly high-performance all-electric cars on mixed-surface circuits of tarmac and dirt. Five teams compete in the series of races around the world in cars that accelerate from 0-60 mph in less than two seconds (faster than an F1), providing a thrilling spectacle and demonstrating the incredible, emission-free performance of electrified vehicles (EVs).

DRIVERS & RACE CALENDAR
The talented and diverse CE Dealer team by Volvo CE is fronted by two Scandinavian star drivers: Niclas Grönholm, 26, and Klara Andersson, 23 – the first permanent female competitor in the FIA World RX Championship history. Niclas finished ranked third last season and enjoyed his seventh career triumph, while Klara finished 2022 ranked seventh - a great result in her first full season.
The 2023 season is scheduled to begin in Portugal on June 3-4 and will end in Hong Kong on November 11-12.

Developed by Volvo CE in partnership with Parker, this all-electric diesel conversion is one of the unsung heroes of WRX EV racing. Behind the scenes at race meets this mid-sized 20-ton off-road giant helps shape, create, and compact the jumps and turns of the dirt and tarmac tracks that make WRX the high-speed adrenalin-fueled spectacle it is.
