The Certified Piping Service Center programme provides an opportunity for you to become part of a new global network providing a single source of comprehensive piping services, including:
- Advice - expert advice on new piping and connections, system improvement and modernisation, and all aspects of lines, seals and materials
- Prefabrication - pipe bending, end processing and cleaning
- Design - pipe layout, dimensioning, measurement, drawings and documentation
- Delivery - assembly/dispatch and documentation
- Assembly - on-site assembly, testing and flushing
Solutions can be delivered by you for all markets including the most varied and demanding applications (e.g. shipbuilding, the oil and gas industries, automotive and steel plants); as well as major industrial and plant applications such as presses, pulp and paper, renewable energy, and injection moulding, etc.
You would be providing a competitive and much needed service that includes all the benefits of weld-free technology and all pipe types and dimensions. Whether for initial fitting or modernising of existing machines/equipment, you will be able to undertake measuring, preparing the pipeline flanges and assembling the flange connections.
You will also be able to provide complete non-welded piping solutions up to Ø220mm, with on-site measurement, re-engineering of welded pipework, and prefabrication.
In some applications up to 50mm, the service may best be provided onsite; and this can be facilitated through equipment provided to you by Parker on a rental basis.
