CONTRACTS MANAGEMENT LDA PROGRAM

As a Contracts Management Leadership Associate, you'll embark on a two-year journey through our Leadership Development Rotational Program. Through four rotational assignments, each lasting six months, you'll get hands-on experience, work with seasoned professionals that will develop you for future positions in Contracts Management at Parker plants/divisions.

What you'll do:

  • • Rotate through 4 rotational assignments, gaining unparalleled experience and insights. Each assignment lasts 6 months.
  • • Collaborate with our Contracts Management team across various Parker plants/divisions.
  • • Enhance processes and procedures, develop leadership skills, and build broad business acumen.
  • • Learn and apply quality and lean concepts to optimize operations for the effective utilization of per personnel, material, machines, and facilities where decisions are made within the limits of general practices and policies.
  • • Work on independent projects and support other managers and engineers.
  • • Demonstrate ability to understand and improve processes and procedures, to develop and display leadership skills and to build broad business acumen while applying effective business decision making.

Who we're looking for:

  • • Recent or soon to be graduates with a bachelor’s or masters degree in in Business Administration, with an emphasis on Contract Management.
  • • Seniors or recent grads with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
  • • Individuals with a solid understanding of contract management concepts, preferably with relevant internship/co-op experience.
  • • Analytical thinkers with strong leadership potential, excellent communication skills, and project management experience.
  • • Must be tech-savvy, particularly with Microsoft applications.
  • • Those who are geographic flexibility during and upon completion of the program.
