DIGITAL & IT LDA PROGRAM

Our two-year program offers unparalleled exposure to the digital and IT landscape within a leading global organization. Through two rotational assignments, you’ll get hands-on experience in developing and implementing critical digital and IT infrastructure solutions. With formal training, on-the-job experiences, and mentorship from seasoned professionals, you’ll be prepared to take on significant roles within Parker, such as Digital and IT Analyst, Division IT Manager, and even Enterprise Director.

What you'll do:

  • • Rotate through 2 rotational assignments, gaining unparalleled experience and insights.
  • • Participate in impactful team projects, gaining insights into the development and implementation of digital and IT solutions.
  • • Collaborate with team members to deliver quality solutions and provide exceptional implementation support.
  • • Develop leadership skills through formal training, mentoring, and real business experiences.
  • • Experiment with new approaches and technologies to drive results and process improvements.

Who we're looking for:

  • • Recent or soon to be graduates with a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related area.
  • • Individuals with a GPA of 3.0 or higher who are proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
  • • Excellent communicators with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • • Candidates with flexibility, energy, creativity, and a strong personal drive.
  • • Demonstrated leadership aptitude, learning agility, and adaptability.
  • • Those who are geographic flexibility during and upon completion of the program.
