DIGITAL & IT LDA PROGRAM
Our two-year program offers unparalleled exposure to the digital and IT landscape within a leading global organization. Through two rotational assignments, you’ll gain hands-on experience developing and implementing critical digital and IT infrastructure solutions. With formal training, on-the-job experience and mentorship from seasoned professionals, you’ll build a strong foundation to launch a successful and rewarding career at Parker.
What you'll do:
- • Rotate through 2 rotational assignments, gaining unparalleled experience and insights.
- • Participate in impactful team projects, gaining insights into the development and implementation of digital and IT solutions.
- • Collaborate with team members to deliver quality solutions and provide exceptional implementation support.
- • Develop leadership skills through formal training, mentoring and real business experiences.
- • Experiment with new approaches and technologies to drive results and process improvements.

Who we're looking for:
- • Recent or soon to be graduates with a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems or a related area.
- • Individuals with a GPA of 3.0 or higher who are proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
- • Excellent communicators with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- • Candidates with flexibility, energy, creativity and a strong personal drive.
- • Demonstrated leadership aptitude, learning agility, and adaptability.
- • Those who are geographically flexible during and upon completion of the program.
