ENVIRONMENTAL, HEALTH & SAFETY LDA PROGRAM
Our two-year program is designed to prepare you to become a leader of tomorrow. With two rotational assignments, each lasting a year, you'll dive deep into the realms of Safety and Health, Environment, Compliance Management, and Front-Line Leadership. You'll receive formal training, gain hands-on experience, and work alongside a peer team on impactful projects.
What you'll do:
- • Rotate through 2 rotational assignments, gaining unparalleled experience and insights. Each assignment lasts 1 year.
- Engage in comprehensive training and experience across various EHS disciplines.
- • Get a broad perspective of Parker's manufacturing technologies.
- • Collaborate with a team to complete and present impactful projects.
- • Complete and present rotation/project report outs to stakeholder
- • Enjoy a robust package including health, dental, vision, life, and a 401(k) savings plan.
Who we're looking for:
- • Recent or soon to be graduates with a bachelor’s degree in engineering, Science, Environmental Management, or Industrial/Occupational Safety. A focus on environmental, safety, or sustainability disciplines is a plus!
- • Individuals with a minimum GPA of 3.0 who exhibit strong leadership skills.
- • Excellent communicators who thrive in team settings and can navigate conflict.
- • Self-starters who are comfortable working both independently and in groups.
- • Those who are geographic flexibility during and upon completion of the program.
