What you'll do:
• Rotate through 4 rotational assignments, gaining unparalleled experience and insights. Each assignment lasts 6 months.
• Embark on up to 4 dynamic rotational assignments, each lasting about 6 months.
• Research, evaluate, and recommend solutions to pressing business issues.
• Collaborate with divisional, group, and peer teams on impactful projects.
• Present your findings and technical data to teammates and stakeholders.
• Dive into multiple technology courses and training programs.
• Get hands-on with the design, testing, integration, and qualification of Parker products.

Who we're looking for:
• Recent grads with a BS in Engineering, especially Electrical, Computer Science, Electro-Mechanical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Chemical, Agricultural, Motor Design, Robotics, or System Integration.
• A solid GPA of 3.0 (overall) and 3.2 (core classes).
• Proven ability to navigate conflict and work well in team settings.
• Self-starters with a professional attitude, capable of working autonomously or in a group.
• Those who have an interest in integrated software/hardware products and high analytical skills.
• Those who are geographic flexibility during and upon completion of the program.
