What you'll do:
• Rotate through 3-4 rotational assignments, gaining unparalleled experience and insights. Each assignment lasts 6 months.
• Dive into HR programs and policies, making sure they're understood and applied across the board.
• Get involved in the hiring process, from recruiting to onboarding.
• Take part in job evaluations, compensation reviews, and benefits administration.
• Shadow manufacturing leaders to understand the operational side of things.
• Assist in coordinating annual benefits enrollment and participate in wellness and safety initiatives.
• Contribute to employee relations and internal investigations when needed.

Who we're looking for:
• Recent or soon to be graduates with a bachelor’s degree in HR or a business-related field (HR minor is a plus!).
• Academic achievers with a GPA of 3.0 or higher, graduating before June 2025.
• General knowledge of various human resources or related functions (e.g., EEO, compensation, benefits, training and development, safety, etc.).
• Ability to effectively communicate through verbal, written forms or by presenting at all levels through the organization.
• Those who are geographic flexibility during and upon completion of the program.
