HUMAN RESOURCES LDA PROGRAM

Our Human Resources Leadership Development Program is a dynamic two-year adventure with 3-4 rotational assignments where you'll get to experience the full spectrum of HR functions. From talent management and compensation to employee relations and beyond, you'll be at the heart of it all, ensuring our team members are engaged and our strategic goals are met. And the best part? You'll be doing it while traveling and connecting with teams across Parker's global network.

What you'll do:

  • • Rotate through 3-4 rotational assignments, gaining unparalleled experience and insights. Each assignment lasts 6 months.
  • • Dive into HR programs and policies, making sure they're understood and applied across the board.
  • • Get involved in the hiring process, from recruiting to onboarding.
  • • Take part in job evaluations, compensation reviews, and benefits administration.
  • • Shadow manufacturing leaders to understand the operational side of things.
  • • Assist in coordinating annual benefits enrollment and participate in wellness and safety initiatives.
  • • Contribute to employee relations and internal investigations when needed.

Who we're looking for:

  • • Recent or soon to be graduates with a bachelor’s degree in HR or a business-related field (HR minor is a plus!).
  • • Academic achievers with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
  • • General knowledge of various human resources or related functions (e.g., EEO, compensation, benefits, training and development, safety, etc.).
  • • Ability to effectively communicate through verbal, written forms or by presenting at all levels through the organization.
  • • Those who are geographic flexibility during and upon completion of the program.
