As the mainstream liquid cooling technology, cold plate liquid cooling technology in the cooling medium and heat components are not in direct touch, it is through the high thermal conductivity of the cold plate transfer heat, so the cold plate liquid cooling technology is also known as indirect liquid cooling technology. According to whether the cooling medium occurs a phase change, cold plate liquid cooling technology can be divided into single-phase cold plate type and two-phase cold plate type. In contrast, the latter has superior cooling efficiency, but its system components of the media compatibility, pipeline pressure and media filtration requirements are higher.

CDS series electronic flow control valve

CDS series electronic flow control valve is compatible with HCFC and HFC refrigerants including CO2 and refrigeration oil. Controlled by stepping motor, it can precisely regulate the liquid flow in the pipeline to realize the differentiated cold load control of different cabinets, with low power of the motor to further reduce the overall energy consumption; the transmission components are of high precision and high stability, bringing more stable and smooth output. In addition, it can also realize system return air pressure control.

Catch-All Filter Drier

Catch-All filter drier can effectively filter the above impurities to be free of water, acid and solid impurities, providing intimate protection for the liquid cooling system:
  • Adopting pressure molded filter element with strong water removal ability, which can increase the heat of phase change and prevent ice blockage.
  • The filter element contains activated aluminum, which effectively removes acidic liquid and prevents corrosion of pipelines and equipment.
  • Reduce the particles in the medium to prevent the heat exchanger from clogging and tearing the pipelines.

UQD Series

Universal Quick Disconnect (UQD) based on an Intel inspired open specification. Developed in collaboration with Intel Corporation.

Series NSP

Parker's Push-to-Connect Quick Connect Coupling Series NSP are dry break couplings with flat face valves.
The compact design makes it suitable for reduced spaces. The series NSP is a coupling system with single-hand operation. Series NSP can be used either with water and heat transfer oils.

The 5500 series copper couplings

The 5500 series copper couplings are compatible with a wide range of refrigerants, and the pressure drop of fluid through the couplings is less than 1 psi, which solves the issues of media compatibility, pressure bearing and low-pressure drop, and at the same time, brings a leak-free connection, reduces the loss of refrigerant. At present, this product has been successfully applied to a famous industrial customer in China, shorter delivery time and timely technical support is also important guarantee of rapid project progress.

285 Series Refrigerant Hose

Series 285 hose is compatible with Freon R12, R134a, R22 and R1234yf refrigerants for use in two-phase cold plate liquid cooling systems. This full-size series has a pressure rating of 500 psi, low refrigerant permeation rates above the "ultra-low" refrigerant permeation rating of SAE J3062, and meets SAE J3062 Type C hose specifications.
