Hydrogen High Pressure Hose
Product range Extension & Update
 
PHDE is delighted to announce the enhancement and expansion of the High Pressure Hose range for the fast growing hydrogen market.
The hoses have not only been rigorously tested according to the highest hydrogen standards, but also show a proven track record in field tests conducted by major players in the hydrogen market.

Marking Modification on Vented Ball Valves
 
LPCE is pleased to announce a minor adjustment to the marking process of its Ball Valves, product types 0402  - 0437 - 0438 - 0439 - 0450 - 0469. 

In light of a safety incident involving human injuries at another industrial plant that utilizes the same stamping press as ours, LPCE has proactively chosen to modify this process, prioritizing the safety of our employees.

As a result, LPCE will transition to a laser process for marking our ball valves. Rest assured, the identification will remain consistent and all other technical specifications are unchanged.
Starting from Mid-January 2023, the new identification process will be implemented for deliveries, following stock rotation.
The 2 marking modifications on ball valves:
 
 
Design Change on Transair Threaded Brackets
 
In line with our ongoing commitment to continuous improvement and simplification of our product offerings, LPCE is pleased to announce modifications to our Transair threaded brackets, ranges 6661 – 6669 – RA65 – EA98.
Going forward, the metallic components of these parts will transition from brass to aluminium.

Features & benefits:

  • Better resistance to corrosion
  • A weight reduction of 1.5 to 3 times depending on the product
  • Consistent material homogeneity
This change will become effective from January 2024
 
 
Transair Products Simplification
 
In a continued effort to streamline the product portfolio and focus on improving product quality, lead time and product performance of our core products, LPCE announces the discontinuation of the following Transair products:

  • Stainless Steel range: diameters 28, 42 and 60
  • TCMS Gold range
  • Aluminium range simplification 
 
 
Obsolescence of Phosphate-Ester 774 and F42 Hoses
 
PHDE is announcing that Phosphate-Ester Hose 2500-4000 PSI - 774 Hose, along with all sizes of the F42 Phosphate-Ester Hose 6000 PSI - F42 hose (with the exception of size 8), will be gradually phased out.
This decision has been made in response to the unavailability of compatible fitting series for these hoses. We will continue to offer the F42 size 8 hose, which remains compatible with the 43 series fittings.
 
 
MPI™ Bent Tubing Products and size 12 and 16
MPI™ Machined Tube Stubs
 
Please be advised that effective immediately, Parker Instrumentation Products Division (IPD) will no longer offer pre-bent MPI™ Tubing with preset ferrules (T7EBT7, T7NBT7) shown on pages 26 and 27 in catalog 4234-MA, January 2018. 

A new catalogue 4234-MA is coming soon and these line items will not be in the new catalogue. 
Please also note that all MPI™ adapters with size 12 and 16 machined tube stubs (316SS and 2507) require XF ferrules. IPD requires the Z6 preset nut and ferrule option on all size 12 and 16 machined tube stubs which automatically pulls in the XF ferrules. We will not ship these parts without the Z6 option. Any/all quotes/orders for these lines without the Z6 option will be canceled. This will be noted in the new catalogue. 
 
 
Diaphragm Pumps T2-01 and T-04
 
In line with our ongoing dedication to enhancing and streamlining our product range, the Fluid and Climate Control Europe Division (FCCE) is announcing the discontinuation of its diaphragm pump products, part numbers:

  • T4-1000
  • T4-2HE-06-1SCA
  • T4-2HE-06-1SNA
Final orders for these pumps can be placed until:
T2-01: end of December 2023
T2-04: February 29th
