With a full product offering, Parker can make your facility’s indoor air quality better for your occupants while helping you reduce energy and operating costs.

LoadTECH® Extended Surface Rigid Cell Filters
LoadTECH® Extended Surface Rigid Cell Filters
LoadTECH® Extended Surface Rigid Cell Filters

Parker LoadTECH® extended surface rigid cell filters use proprietary E-Pleat® media technology, which molds filtration media into a series of pre-formed channels that direct the air smoothly through the filter, allowing for even loading and complete media utilization.

The compact 4-inch design offers the same filtration performance as a 12-inch filter, but in a much smaller envelope, resulting in simplified handling, plus reduced storage space requirements and shipping costs.

The 12-inch filter performance rivals the dust holding capacity of commercial 4-V filters in the HVAC market and are of tremendous value in applications where energy and total cost of ownership are a priority. The high-impact polystyrene (HIPS) frame resists cracking and is not affected by corrosion.
Features
  • Filtration efficiency rating: MERV 14, MERV 11 and MERV 8 per ASHRAE Standard 52.2-2017
  • Depth (in.): 4, 12
  • Construction: Available in box and single header
  • Materials of construction: high-impact polystyrene (HIPS) frame, synthetic media with embossed design, adhesive beads bond pleats into rigid pack
  • Maximum operating temperature: 170 °F (77 °C)
  • Rated face velocity: 500 FPM
  • Recommended final resistance: 1.50” W.G.
  • Classified per UL Standard 900 for flammability
Benefits
  • Proprietary E-Pleat® media technology efficiently directs air flow through the filter
  • Offers longer service life and fewer filter change-outs with higher dust holding capacity
  • Energy savings – low pressure drop offers reduced energy use
  • The media resists tearing, damage, moisture and microbial growth
  • Completely incinerable with high impact polystyrene (HIPS) frame

Advantage® High Efficiency Mini-Pleat Filters
Advantage® High Efficiency Mini-Pleat Filters
ADVANTAGE® 2" Mini-Pleat Filters

Our Parker Advantage® Mini-Pleat filters are designed with a blend of highly engineered fibers, delivering low airflow resistance along with mechanical filtration. Ideal for replacing bags and heavy box-style filters in commercial, industrial and institutional facilities. Advantage Mini-Pleat filters meet today’s most challenging HVAC system requirements.

The filters feature a compact design without sacrificing media surface area. A lightweight high-impact polystyrene (HIPS) frame ensures durability and can be installed into side-access or front-load frames. The filters exhibit a lower pressure drop when compared with standard mini-pleat filter alternatives, resulting in less energy consumption and higher system efficiency.
Features
  • Filtration efficiency rating: MERV 14, MERV 11 and MERV 8 per ASHRAE Standard 52.2-2017
  • Depth (in.): 2
  • Construction: Plastic box with factory installed neoprene gasket on air leaving one vertical frame side
  • Constructed of 100% synthetic media, bead separator packs, high-impact polystyrene (HIPS) frame, foamed holt melt sealant, neoprene gasket
  • Maximum operating temperature: 170 °F (77 °C)
  • Rated face velocity: 500 FPM
  • Recommended final resistance: 1.50” W.G.
  • Classified per UL Standard 900 for flammability
Benefits
  • Unlike traditional fin-style gasketing, Advantage® filters feature downstream side gasketing, which significantly reduces air bypass around the sealing surface and corners
  • Lower pressure drop than standard filters due to highly refined media and mini-pleat design
  • 100% synthetic, gradient density, microfiber media resists moisture and damage; will not support microbial growth
  • Reduces waste disposal volume; completely incinerable with low ash content and no metal components
  • Can operate in high-temperature environments up to 170°F (76.67°C)
