Product Obsolescence - STOSS Fittings
 
As part of the continuous improvement process, High Pressure Connectors Europe revises its product portfolio and discontinues products and product lines as appropriate.

Therefore, we would like to inform our customers about a phase-out/ obsolescence of STOSS fittings, with immediate effect.
 
 
Design Change - Compression Fittings and Metrulock
 
As part of LPCE continuous improvement production process, 0102 - 0103 - 0108 & JBMB8 fittings design will be slightly modified in order to use forging matrix already used for other finished parts.

Specifications and functional dimensions remain the same. 

This change will be effective from January 2023, upon stock rotation.

Product Modification - Flow Regulator 7160
 
In order to improve the corrosion resistance of the 7160 fitting body, and to be consistent with all other flow regulators, this item will be changed to a chemical nickel-plated treatment to replace current zinc-plated treatment.

This change will be effective from January 2023, upon stock rotation.
 
 
Product Improvement - Mini Ball Valves
 
LPCE announces a design change on its range of Mini Ball valves parts 7910-7911-7913- 7914. On the occasion of a mold renewal in production, an arrow is now added on the marking face of the product, in addition of the 2 already existing on the top of the product for better identificaton of fluid direction. 

This change will be effective from April 2023, upon stock rotation.
 
 
Transair Design Change - Threaded Fittings Diameters 16,5 - 25 - 40
 
In order to homogenize the range materials, and provide lightweight fittings, LPCE Transair threaded fittings 16,5, 25 and 40 are now produced in aluminium material, instead of brass. This change will also improve the resistance to corrosion of the parts.

Design Change - Valves VR03 - VR04
 
LPCE Transair announces that Ball Valves VR03 and VR04, formely designed with a blue handle, will be now provided with a red LOCKABLE handle, to meet safety expectations.

At the same time, 3 parts are now discontinued: VR03 00 02 - VR03 00 03 - VR04 00 10

Transair FRLs Range - Product Replacement
 
As part of the continuous improvement process, LPCE announces the switch of Transair custom FRL range to the standard Parker FRL range, with the same part numbers.
On the other hand, 6706 00 21 is now discontinued.

In order to simplify the global offer of Transair products, LPCE announces that following items are discontinued:

  • Wall Brackets with couplers 6660
  • Quick assembly brackets with couplers 6677 - 6692 - 6671
  • Male stud 45° elbow BSPP/NPT 6619
  • Remote control shut-off valve 4230 00 40 and Pilot Kit 4299 03 01

Other Transair alternative parts can be used.

Beverage & Food Transfer Hose Aperspir - Design Change
 
Due to row material contingency and continuous improvement process, PHDE needs to modify its Beverage & Food Transfer Hose APERSIR accordingly to the data sheet attached.

Main technical changes impacts are on:

  • Dimension  
  • Working pressure
  • Bending radius
  • Weight

Some minimal changes on vacuum values for the bigger size.

This will be the new standard and all pending orders will be manufactured according to this new structure.

Heating & Cooling Hoses Radior K 1003 - Design Change
 
Due to a change of manufacturing process, PHDE announces that its RADIOR K Hoses range will be now designed with polyster cord reinforcement, to replace polyester braided reinforcement, as today all dimensions are produced with mandrel made production.

This change has impact in some technical spectifications:
  • Wall thickness (dimensions)
  • Weight.
No changes in working pressure and temperature.
