ON-DEMAND WEBINAR
Transforming Point-of-Care Testing: Solving Challenges in Instrument Microfluidic Design
Watch this special event hosted by Parker and MD&DI
With health care moving toward precision medicine, new technology trends in point-of-care testing (POCT) devices are continuously being developed. This transformative approach has significantly streamlined the diagnostic and treatment processes, offering quicker results and more accurate decision-making.
When exploring the advantages and limitations of POCT in clinical practice, there are several common challenges including maintaining high levels of accuracy, maximizing throughput, minimizing cost, and optimizing user experience. A great way to solve these challenges is by utilizing integrated microfluidic components and systems which can precisely control and manipulate small volumes of fluids, thus improving the accuracy and reliability of tests, crucial for effective POCT.
During this webinar, you will:
  • Get an Introduction to POCT and the trends and challenges in instrument design
  • Understand the available fluidic technologies and the benefits/drawbacks to instrument design
  • Review POCT solutions from Parker’s Precision Fluidics Division
