PROGRAM MANAGEMENT LDA PROGRAM

As a Leadership Development Associate in the Project Management career track, you will embark on a two-year rotational journey. Through four rotational assignments, each lasting six months. This immersive program is designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills needed to excel as a project manager in a Program Planning and Control (PP&C) Associate analyst role. You’ll learn key project management practices.

What you'll do:

  • • Rotate through 4 rotational assignments, gaining unparalleled experience and insights. Each assignment lasts 6 months.
  • • Establish a comprehensive Program Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB) to facilitate earned value and project management practices.
  • • Analyze program cost and schedule performance, identifying trends and providing insights to project leadership.
  • • Support Program Management in assessing risks and opportunities, preparing Estimates at Complete (EACs).
  • • Communicate project status to key stakeholders and advocate for customer requirements.
  • • Work collaboratively with experienced project managers to learn best practices and take on project-related responsibilities.

Who we're looking for:

  • • Recent or soon to be graduates with a bachelor’s degree in degree program in Engineering, Sciences, Business, or a related field, with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
  • • Candidates with a fundamental understanding of project management concepts and exposure to standard PM practices through classroom experiences.
  • • Excellent communicators with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to foster teamwork.
  • • Individuals ready to relocate for this two-year rotational training program.
  • • Those who are geographic flexibility during and upon completion of the program.
