What you'll do:
• Rotate through 4 rotational assignments, gaining unparalleled experience and insights. Each assignment lasts 6 months.
• Establish a comprehensive Program Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB) to facilitate earned value and project management practices.
• Analyze program cost and schedule performance, identifying trends and providing insights to project leadership.
• Support Program Management in assessing risks and opportunities, preparing Estimates at Complete (EACs).
• Communicate project status to key stakeholders and advocate for customer requirements.
• Work collaboratively with experienced project managers to learn best practices and take on project-related responsibilities.

Who we're looking for:
• Recent or soon to be graduates with a bachelor’s degree in degree program in Engineering, Sciences, Business, or a related field, graduating before June 2025 with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Candidates with a fundamental understanding of project management concepts and exposure to standard PM practices through classroom experiences.
• Excellent communicators with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to foster teamwork.
• Individuals ready to relocate for this two-year rotational training program.
• Those who are geographic flexibility during and upon completion of the program.
