What you'll do:
• Rotate through 4 rotational assignments, gaining unparalleled experience and insights. Each assignment lasts 6 months.
• Learn and apply problem-solving methodologies to improve manufacturing and non-manufacturing processes.
• Develop leadership skills and business expertise through practical experience and training.
• Participate in multiple technology courses and training programs to enhance your knowledge.
• Engage with experienced engineers and customers to manage independent projects and contribute to team success.
Who we're looking for:
• Recent or soon-to-be graduates with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Quality, Manufacturing, Industrial, Chemical, or Mechanical) graduating before June 2025.
• Candidates with a GPA of 3.0 or higher and a strong analytical mindset.
• Individuals with demonstrated leadership skills and a professional attitude.
• Familiarity with lean concepts and relevant experience through internships or co-ops is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; project management experience is preferred.
• Those who are geographic flexibility during and upon completion of the program.
