QUALITY LDA PROGRAM

Our Quality Leadership Development Program is a two-year program designed to develop the next generation of quality leaders. Through four rotational assignments, each lasting six months, you will gain hands-on experience and technical knowledge that will prepare you for pivotal roles within Parker. You’ll work on quality-related processes that enhance our customer relationships and support our strategic objectives.

What you'll do:

  • • Rotate through 4 rotational assignments, gaining unparalleled experience and insights. Each assignment lasts 6 months.
  • • Learn and apply problem-solving methodologies to improve manufacturing and non-manufacturing processes.
  • • Develop leadership skills and business expertise through practical experience and training.
  • • Participate in multiple technology courses and training programs to enhance your knowledge.
  • • Engage with experienced engineers and customers to manage independent projects and contribute to team success.

Who we're looking for:

  • • Recent or soon-to-be graduates with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Quality, Manufacturing, Industrial, Chemical, or Mechanical).
  • • Candidates with a GPA of 3.0 or higher and a strong analytical mindset.
  • • Individuals with demonstrated leadership skills and a professional attitude.
  • • Familiarity with lean concepts and relevant experience through internships or co-ops is a plus.
  • • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; project management experience is preferred.
  • • Those who are geographic flexibility during and upon completion of the program.
