HOTEL: Get a great rate using the Parker room block, plus free transportation to the training and events. Call our education leader at 1-800-821-2222 and request the name of the host hotel. Rooms will fill up fast, do not delay setting up your hotel reservation.

ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE: Please plan to arrive the first day in time to attend our Welcome Reception for a meet and greet, drinks and heavy hors d'oeuvres from 5-7 PM CST at the host hotel. On the final day, we will return to the host hotel at 2:30 PM CST.

One evening after training, we will attend a MLB game to watch the Kansas City Royals take on the Detroit Tigers.

TRANSPORTATION: You will need to arrange a ride to the hotel. We have arranged transportation to the training, the fun events held in the evening, and the plant tour.

ATTIRE: Be comfortable. The last day is the plant tour, and for that, you will want to wear steel-toe shoes if you have them otherwise, we provide your PPE.

*Satisfaction is guaranteed, the guarantee applies to tuition costs. Refund requests must be made in writing within 24 hours of the seminar’s conclusion.

Cancellations and Substitutions: Cancellations received up to five business days before the seminar are refundable, minus a registration service charge, which you may apply toward any future seminar. After that, cancellations are subject to the entire seminar fee, which you may also apply toward a future seminar. Please note that if you don’t cancel and don't attend, you are still responsible for payment. Substitutions may be made at any time.

Parking: We do our best to organize the seminar in a convenient location, with great meeting rooms, free transportation to seminar training and events as well as plenty of free parking.
