STRATEGIC PRICING LDA PROGRAM

Our Strategic Pricing Leadership Development Program is designed to cultivate the next generation of strategic leaders at Parker. Over the course of one year, you’ll engage in two rotational assignments, each lasting six months, along with six interactive learning sprints. This program will equip you with the technical skills and business acumen needed to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do:

  • • Rotate through 2 rotational assignments, gaining unparalleled experience and insights. Each assignment lasts 6 months.
  • • Analyze markets by diving into division product markets and help determine competitive pricing strategies.
  • • Develop pricing strategies by evaluating and recommend pricing strategies that balance customer value and company costs.
  • • Support pricing initiatives that monitor and reinforce Corporate Strategic Pricing initiatives to ensure alignment across the organization.
  • • Collaborate with teams that work closely with Division Strategic Pricing Managers and assist in implementing tools for product managers and sales teams.
  • • Reporting and analysis that provide management with insights and reports to adapt to changing market conditions.

Who we're looking for:

  • • Recent or soon-to-be graduates with a bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • • Candidates with a GPA of 3.0 or higher and strong analytical skills.
  • • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and possess excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • • Previous project management or sales/marketing experience is a plus.
  • • Those who are geographic flexibility during and upon completion of the program and maintain confidentiality regarding pricing information.
