What you'll do:
• Rotate through 2 rotational assignments, gaining unparalleled experience and insights. Each assignment lasts 6 months.
• Analyze markets by diving into division product markets and help determine competitive pricing strategies.
• Develop pricing strategies by evaluating and recommend pricing strategies that balance customer value and company costs.
• Support pricing initiatives that monitor and reinforce Corporate Strategic Pricing initiatives to ensure alignment across the organization.
• Collaborate with teams that work closely with Division Strategic Pricing Managers and assist in implementing tools for product managers and sales teams.
• Reporting and analysis that provide management with insights and reports to adapt to changing market conditions.

Who we're looking for:
• Recent or soon-to-be graduates with a bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field, graduating before June 2025.
• Candidates with a GPA of 3.0 or higher and strong analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and possess excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Previous project management or sales/marketing experience is a plus.
• Those who are geographic flexibility during and upon completion of the program and maintain confidentiality regarding pricing information.
