What you'll do:
• Rotate through 2 rotational assignments, gaining unparalleled experience and insights. Each assignment lasts 1 year.
• Work with an extensive network of suppliers to respond quickly to market changes.
• Engage in materials management, procurement, trade compliance, customer service, and logistics.
• Participate in technical and non-technical training, including problem-solving techniques and manufacturing process control.
• Collaborate with engineering, accounting, quality, and other functional areas to drive efficiency.
• Learn and apply Parker’s Lean system to maximize profit and provide quality service.

Who we're looking for:
• Recent or soon-to-be graduates with a bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or related fields (Operations Management, Logistics, Economics, Finance, Engineering, etc.), graduating before June 2025.
• A strong academic record with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Individuals with demonstrated technical competence and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications and possess excellent communication and writing skills.
• Those who are geographic flexibility during and upon completion of the program.
