What you'll do:
• Rotate through roughly 4 rotational assignments, gaining unparalleled experience and insights. Each assignment lasts 3 months.
• Attend training sessions at various division facilities and product training schools to deepen your understanding of our products and markets.
• Maintain and develop customer accounts, building strong relationships with distributors and original equipment manufacturers.
• Work closely with an assigned mentor to guide your development and help you navigate your career path.
• Participate in professional selling skills courses, presentations, and workshops that cover everything from personal branding to customer experience.
• Conduct research on assigned products and markets to identify opportunities for growth.

Who we're looking for:
• Recent or soon-to-be graduates with a bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Sales, or Industrial Distribution (preferred).
• Candidates with technical competence; being mechanically inclined is a plus!
• Previous work experience in sales or marketing is beneficial.
• Willingness to travel overnight (50-75%) during the first year.
• Those who are geographic flexibility during and upon completion of the program.
