TECHNICAL SALES LDA PROGRAM

Our Technical Sales Associate Program is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to become a successful Territory/Account Manager. Over the course of the 12-month program, you’ll rotate through several assignments, gain hands-on experience, participate in extensive training, and learn how to grow market share by effectively applying Parker products. This is your chance to develop strong customer relationships and contribute to continuous improvement in our operations.

What you'll do:

  • • Rotate through roughly 4 rotational assignments, gaining unparalleled experience and insights. Each assignment lasts 3 months.
  • • Attend training sessions at various division facilities and product training schools to deepen your understanding of our products and markets.
  • • Maintain and develop customer accounts, building strong relationships with distributors and original equipment manufacturers.
  • • Work closely with an assigned mentor to guide your development and help you navigate your career path.
  • • Participate in professional selling skills courses, presentations, and workshops that cover everything from personal branding to customer experience.
  • • Conduct research on assigned products and markets to identify opportunities for growth.

Who we're looking for:

  • • Recent or soon-to-be graduates with a bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Sales, or Industrial Distribution (preferred).
  • • Candidates with technical competence; being mechanically inclined is a plus!
  • • Previous work experience in sales or marketing is beneficial.
  • • Willingness to travel overnight (50-75%) during the first year.
  • • Those who are geographic flexibility during and upon completion of the program.
