Especially in series production, where time is a critical cost factor, the Parker Universal-push-to-connect system “UPTC” helps to increase cycle rates and therefore save time. The Parker Universal Push to Connect is a soft-sealing push-in system for hydraulic steel tubes and hoses. Due to the new patented feature "Double-Lock technology" UPTC is free of clearance and leakage and wins in series production. The unique double lock feature is executed by a first circlip-lock and the additional automatic second lock (Pressure-Lock). UPTC is used wherever screwing is a problem. The possible uses of the UPTC are diverse, from cooling to steering and from small to large series in series production. The connection side is always 24 °.

How it works
The UPTC Double Lock consists of the First Lock (circlip retaining ring against tear-out) and the Pressure-Lock (clearance and wear-free pressure lock). The connector (1) is inserted into the system nut (2), so the stainless steel ring (3) snaps into place and represents a solid connection. The yellow seal (4) has a soft seal to the connector (1) and offers optimal tightness without leakage. At the same time, the black clamping ring (5) locks the connection under system pressure without clearance or wear, so that there is a pressure lock. The red dust seal (6) also serves as a visual assembly indicator. If the red dust seal (6) is no longer visible, everything is installed correctly.
Applications
Mobile Equipment
UPTC can be used in all kinds of mobile equipment applications: For control hydraulic lines on the control block in tractors or agricultural machinery, in construction machines, for the cab-tipping hydraulic lines, in construction crane vehicles, to connect the various hydraulic lines for controlling or executing areas , in street cleaning machines or earthmoving machines to connect the hydraulic lines for controlling and operating levers or mechanisms.
Moreover UPTC is also applicable for trailer cranes to connect the hand joystick control, and for forestry and field processing machines in the hydraulic lines for controlling and running tele-handling equipment.
Within telehandlers and forklifts, the hydraulic lines for controlling and operating mechanisms can be connected via UPTC, as well as the hydraulic lines for controlling and operating mechanical systems and systems in excavators, wheelloaders, crawler excavators and crawler cranes.
In earth boring machines and earth boring cranes, as well as in concrete roller vehicles the hydraulic lines for controlling and operating mechanisms can be connected with UPTC as well.
Transportation/ Trucks
UPTC is used in steering hydraulic lines, the brake hydraulic lines or the hydraulic suspension lines.
