At Parker Bioscience Filtration, we have been experiencing high demand for our products. We have taken a number of steps to enable us to increase capacity and reduce lead times.
- We have employed additional personnel and our operators are going the extra mile to accelerate production, including extra shifts.
- Parker has extensive experience in implementing lean processes and embraces the Kaizen concept. This is supporting our drive to increase efficiency.
- Parker is making a multi-million investment in our Birtley facility, which will increase production capacity in 2023. This includes investment in capsule and cartridge manufacturing facilities and the installation of a new, larger water treatment plant.
We are pleased to announce our continued investments are lowering lead times
- Prefilters are ready to ship in 2 weeks.
- Demicaps are ready to ship in in 4 weeks.
- PES are ready to ship in 10 weeks from March 6th 2023.
- Orders for BEVPOR products placed after May 8th have a reduced lead time of 4 weeks.
