Parker Chomerics family of SOFT-SHIELD electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding gaskets are designed for EMI shielding and grounding applications that do not require a weather seal. Ideal as an economical low compression force solution, the SOFT-SHIELD brand consists of two types of gaskets:
- Conductive fabric wrapped around non-conductive low-density foam: Commonly referred to as “Fabric Over Foam” these gaskets are available in stirp form and a variety of catalog and custom profiles.
- Silver plated fibers knitted into low-density foam: These products are made in sheet form and are die cut into custom shapes.
