TRANSPORTATION: You will need to arrange a ride to the hotel. We have arranged transportation to the training, the fun events held in the evening, and the plant tour.
ATTIRE: Be comfortable. The last day is the plant tour. Steel-toe shoes, safety glasses, and long hair tied up above the shoulders are required to enter the manufacturing plant. Feel free to bring your own PPE if you wish, otherwise we will provide you PPE once entering our manufacturing facility.

*Satisfaction is guaranteed, the guarantee applies to tuition costs. Refund requests must be made in writing within 24 hours of the seminar’s conclusion.
Cancellations and Substitutions: Cancellations received up to five business days before the seminar are refundable, minus a registration service charge, which you may apply toward any future seminar. After that, cancellations are subject to the entire seminar fee, which you may also apply toward a future seminar. Please note that if you don’t cancel and don't attend, you are still responsible for payment. Substitutions may be made at any time.
Parking: We do our best to organize the seminar in a convenient location, with great meeting rooms, free transportation to seminar training and events as well as plenty of free parking.
