Exploring Inverter Functionality for Hybrid and Fully Electric Applications
In both on-road and off-road vehicles, inverters are crucial for managing energy flow, optimizing performance, and enhancing the overall efficiency of electric and hybrid systems. They enable advanced functionalities vital for modern vehicle operation, contributing to sustainability and improved user experiences. This webinar will help you gain valuable insights into the functionality and significance of inverters in the evolving landscape of hybrid and electric vehicles.
In this webinar, we will explore the essential roles of inverters across various applications:
  • Traction Motor Control: Learn how inverters power the main traction motor, enabling precise speed and torque control based on demand.
  • Generation and Regeneration: Understand how inverters manage energy generation, and energy recuperation in a braking process (regenerative) in EV and Hybrid applications.
  • Electrifying Hydraulic Systems: Explore how inverters power electric hydraulic pumps offering precise control and enhanced efficiency compared to traditional hydraulic systems.
