HCR Ultra High Collapse Resistant Hose from Parker
The HCR Ultra High Collapse Resistant Hose provides industry-leading collapse strength and a compact bend radius for faster routing and color-coding.
Parker's HCR (High Collapse Resistant) subsea hose features a 5000 psi working pressure and is collapse resistant up to 10,000 feet. It withstands the collapse forces found in deep sea hydraulic applications including subsea hydraulics, BOP stacks, well stimulation and hydraulic flying leads.
Innovative features:
  • Tighter routings and easier installation due to its compact bend radius that is nearly half that of comparable offerings.
  • The industry’s only multicolor offering, making it especially useful in BOP applications. Available in blue or yellow and two custom colors, black and green.
  • The only high collapse resistant subsea hydraulic hose available with a choice of JIC or sub-seal (dual seal) fittings.
Additional features:
  • Validated to ISO13628-5:2009 / API 17E
  • Collapse resistant to 10,000 ft seawater at 1.5 design factor per API 17E (Contact the Parflex Division for installation depths greater than 10,000 ft.)
  • 5,000 psi working pressure at 4:1 design factor
  • Seawater-resistant Polyurethane jacket
  • Available in long continuous lengths
